Slicing and Pounding the Abalone

We are done slicing the abalone. Now it's time to pound them. If we don't pound the abalone it will be like eating an old shoe. It just isn't that much fun. We thank Jim Neubert for his abalone pounding skills. Eating and drinking will soon commence.
